Media Marketing Analyst, Medical Meetings (Full time)
Will report directly to the Vice President of Communications & Business Development and will implement and manage ongoing internet marketing strategies including SEO, PPC, Google & Google Analytics, website testing, website and e-blast timelines, and overall analysis and reporting from these sources as well as Lyris to increase search engine rankings and contribute to the overall development of successful marketing strategies. The candidate must have a desire to grow with this rapidly growing entrepreneurial and global company among other young dynamic professionals.
Internet Marketing
- Manage custom-tailored Google internet marketing campaigns for each conference. This includes launch SEO/PPC for new campaigns, copy, geographic locations, keywords and tracking on a weekly basis
- Analyze website traffic and track trends as they relate to search engine traffic, direct traffic, referring sites, bounce rates, page visits, Lyris etc, to make recommendations and generate weekly reports based on this comprehensive analysis
- Create final internet marketing reports upon conference close, showcasing all traffic sources for the entire duration of the Google campaign since its inception for that particular conference
- Responsible for supporting the development, review and testing of multiple websites
- Attend weekly websites meeting with IT team to review updates to existing sites as well as future sites and upcoming projects – coordinate with IT
- Track and maintain development through intranet system as work flow progresses, work remotely with team in Belgrade as needed
Writing/Editing
- Support Marketing Manager in providing IT with all content for websites, including updated information on each conference
- Support Marketing Manager in proofing and editing company communication as required: Hotel descriptions, restaurant descriptions, restaurant menus and transportation price lists
Skills:
- Excellent reading, writing and overall communication skills
- Excellent internet marketing knowledge and experience developing internet campaigns
- Experienced analyst Knowledge of graphics and graphic design, e-blasts, website management and updating
- Knowledge of Lyris or other e-Blast communication software, intranet
- Photoshop
- Excellent organizational skills
- Comfortable with multiple meetings and deadlines
- Excellent Proofreader
- Self motivated, entrepreneurial and flexible, "big picture" approach
- Good Internal Skills - Sync easily between departments, especially IT and Operations
