Using state-of-the-art, in-house technology, ABTS provides individual reservations and group housing blocks. Additionally, ABTS provides extensive hotel booking reports, site information, travel documentation and post-convention analysis.
Dependent upon client housing needs, housing services may include:
- Sales and Marketing of International Room Blocks;
- International call center based in Rome Italy and or Miami, Florida;
- Payment processing and/or assistance with payment collection;
- Consultations on contractual policies, guidelines and procedures for the international market;
- Event staff to coordinate land services and international housing specialists to assist Housing staff with generated international room blocks;
- Technology Support; Planning and Management of on-line based Housing Resources (Registration, Accommodations, Payments, etc.)
