BTS provides strategic global planning and growth consulting services which include assisting medical associations looking to grow in international markets through the analysis, evaluation, recommendations and assistance in implementation of international growth strategies, including international marketing, social media, competitor analysis, market analysis, relationship building, relevancy, sales, payment and business processes.

Integrated Global

ABTS provides services in development and execution of online and onsite marketing campaigns, promotion strategies and brand design, as well as promotional material, and presentation/representation of the event to potential participants, sponsors, and other stakeholders. Includes distribution of basic and/or advanced email blast campaigns through a proprietary list of 35,000+ international pharmaceutical and medical device sponsors and agencies as well as individual physicians (based on specialty). Plans includes a combination of paid advertisements as well as traffic-driving branded e-blasts, Google PPC campaigns, and SEO (search engine optimization) design and management. Information Technology services include proprietary IT solutions, website development, mobile applications, lead retrieval, attendee tracking systems, and traffic analysis reports.

Global Alliances and 

ABTS supports the building of global alliances through our international network of meeting planners and the European Associations we currently serve. ABTS recommends strategies for collaboration in the areas of marketing and business development and supports project management efforts between our partners.

International CME

Our in-house medical accreditation expert, Dr. Alfonso Negri, converts through the European Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (EACCME) into European CME credits (ECMEC’s) and into National Credits by the European National Authorities.

Visa Services,

ABTS offers our partners specific help facilitating visa processing giving direct access to our highly qualified immigration attorney. We support and coordinate official letters of invitation necessary for travel paperwork for those countries where the U.S. requires a visa.
